Noel Corkery  | MLA MBA BSc(For) MC-DA&D Dip Gov | Registered Landscape Architect

Noel is Managing Director of Corkery Consulting Pty Ltd and a founding Director of the Landscape Foundation of Australia Ltd. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects, and past National and NSW State President of AILA. In 2013 Noel received the NSW AILA State Presidents Award in recognition of his outstanding and ongoing contribution to the profession of landscape architecture.

Noel brings to projects his qualifications and experience in landscape architecture, business administration and forestry, throughout Australia and overseas over more than four decades. He approaches projects with the depth of knowledge gained through management of numerous large scale environmental planning and landscape design projects. The combination of professional qualifications and project experience allows Noel to maintain a comprehensive overview of cross-disciplinary projects and manage the individual roles of team members.

Linda Corkery  |  MMLA MRP BSc | AILA Registered Landscape Architect

Linda is Professor Emitus at the University, a founding Director of the Landscape Foundation of Australia Ltd and a Principal of Corkery Consulting Pty Ltd. Linda is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects and past National President of AILA.

As former Head of the Landscape Architecture Program, Faculty of Built Environment, UNSW, Linda has more the two decades of teaching and academic research experience. She brings to our team specialist skills in public domain strategic planning and children/youth environments that draw on both her extensive academic research and consulting background.

Linda’s experience includes coordination of research, authoring discussion papers and peer reviewed articles that address issues of planning, management and use of green infrastructure. Her research is focused on the role of public open space and parklands, as key components of urban ecologies, in relation to human health and well-being.

Linda is a member of the LANDCOM Design Review Panel, which provides expert review advice on a wide range of project proposals. She has been Australian Director on the Council of Educators in Landscape Architecture (CELA) and a member of the Sydney Olympic Park Authority’s Design Review Panel.
